The GUIDE App today announced a new partnership with the Norfolk County Sheriff’s Office (NCSO), providing NCSO personnel with full access to GUIDE’s mobile wellness platform designed specifically for first responders and frontline professionals. Through this collaboration, NCSO staff will be able to utilize GUIDE’s resilience and wellness tools directly from their mobile devices, privately and on their own schedule.

The GUIDE App was developed by experts from the first responder and military communities and blends practical, tactical wellness strategies with evidence-informed mental fitness practices. The platform offers short, actionable tools that address challenges common in service environments, including stress, burnout, trauma exposure, fatigue, and operational strain. GUIDE’s design prioritizes privacy, anonymity, and ease of use to help reduce stigma and ensure that users can access support discreetly and confidently.

GUIDE’s impact continues to grow nationwide. In independent usage studies, 88 percent of participants engaged with the app daily and 90 percent reported satisfaction with their experience. A recent peer-reviewed clinical trial found that regular use of GUIDE reduced symptoms of depression by 32 percent and anxiety by 9 percent over 30 days.

GUIDE has earned recognition from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs as a Top-30 Solution in the Mission Daybreak Challenge, a national initiative focused on identifying and scaling innovative mental-wellness and suicide-prevention tools.  Separately, GUIDE also holds an official endorsement from the National Fraternal Order of Police, reflecting the trust and support of the nation’s largest law enforcement organization.

“We are grateful for the opportunity to work alongside the Norfolk County Sheriff’s Office,” said Patrick Sandone, founder and CEO of The GUIDE App. “Public safety professionals face extraordinary demands, and our mission is to ensure they have private, practical support whenever they need it. True resilience isn’t about carrying the weight alone — it’s about having the right tools at the right moment.”

With this announcement, NCSO joins a growing network of public safety agencies integrating The GUIDE App into their internal wellness and readiness initiatives. Current agencies using GUIDE include the Marshfield Fire Department (MA), Marshfield Police Department (MA), Philadelphia Police Department (PA), City of Dover Police Department (DE), Philadelphia Fire Department (PA), and Pennsylvania State Police (PA).

This announcement reflects GUIDE’s ongoing commitment to expanding access to wellness resources that support the men and women who serve their communities every day.
